(In response to the question, "Please explain why you believe you are qualified for the judicial position for which you are seeking election.")

I am qualified for this judicial position because I have had the opportunity to participate extensively in criminal defense and prosecution in Franklin County. I litigated a majority of the cases that come before a Municipal Court judge prior to being elected. I am aware of and have access to the tools to keep me current on procedures related to municipal court.

As a judge in Franklin County Municipal Court for nearly 12 years I have had the opportunity to observe the changes that the court had undergone and I look forward to being a part of the changes that are needed in the future.
